The Ultimate Running Playlist

Nothing is better than a great dinner - followed by a nice long run in the AM to start your morning out right. Last night I made a fantastic quinoa pasta with sauteed mushrooms, arugula and a simple lemon sauce. This morning I had a nice, long 6 mile run at the gym, and my playlist.... perfect.
